Return and Exchange Policy

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that your request is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process an exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges, but customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

Pawzwell is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
